I posted a couple of days ago about sitting down to prepare a mindmap about what I needed to do in order to get my first front-end & back-end product combo ready for launch.

Then I said it'd be translated into a colour activity bar schedule/plan. Well progress is coming along on that and as promised it will be finished within the week and I'll post it here.

But some great side effects of having been through the mind map stage already is the rapid realisation of all the activities required. But just as importantly, as with a recipe for a Christmas dinner, you need to work out durations for the ingredients to prepare and cook - get some stuff started earlier than others so it all comes together around the same time in readiness to serve up hot.
